ASD to Manage Pflugerville Justice Center
PFLUGERVILLE, TX-ASD Consultants, Inc. (ASD) is managing the new City of Pflugerville Justice Center in Travis, County, on behalf of the city of Pflugerville.
This center will house the City's Police Department, Municipal Court and the City Jail. The facility is over 340,000 square feet. This is the largest project to date under-taken by the City. The building is 100% stone masonry with a pre-finished standing-seam metal roof. The site portion of the project has been completed and was also managed by ASD.
ASD's role on this phase of the project will include contract negotiations, design over-sight, construction management, providing the Resident Engineer, Office Engineer and providing home office assistance such a cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering and financial tracking of the project.
Construction of this project will commence in April 2000 with completion slated for June 2001.
ASD provides program management, construction management, construction inspection and specialized construction consulting services for small and medium scale infrastructure projects and facilities. ASD employs nearly 10 professionals and support staff in the 3 offices throughout Texas and Louisiana.
